Simmer Fine Wine & Spirits is a new liquor agency specializing in representing and importing unique wines and spirits from around the world into the Western Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Our products are marketed and serviced by our knowledgeable, experienced, and committed sales team to buyers, managers, and Sommeliers in the hospitality industry as well as liquor retailers.  

It is our passion and goal to provide you with the latest information about our diverse and evolving offerings of wine and spirit products, and to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We wish to offer an honest opinion of what we consider to be a good buy; either for consumption now or cellaring.  

Simmer is focused on developing both existing and new brands that are interesting and enjoyable whilst ensuring sustainable inventory levels to meet buyers’ demands and comparable competitive prices. We recently completed a buying trip to Argentina to acquire new products, and have several other trips planned to expand our portfolio.
